this too shall pass. get well soon. enjoy your friends and their dancing even if you can&#039;t dance right now.
I blew my right kneecap trying to ski 20 years ago. took three years of therapy but i went back to dancing without surgery.  have dropped things on feet, thrown out back, neck , a hip or sometimes all three! 

am dealing with a bad heel spur right now--drove to temecula with two troupe members and danced at the baktari foundation event (for the animals) oct 5
much ibuprofen later --had to go do temp work in irvine
today. but its good to work after six months lay off. 
so I limp sometimes when the pain is too much..
have to go to bed now.  driving to irvine takes up 3 to 4 hours every day....
